Location: Costa Mesa, CA BFA was awarded the contract for the 56,000 s.f., two-building Administration Complex after a competition featuring 37 other firms. The project houses district's administrative offices, board room and IT Data Center for all three of the District's colleges.

The project earned Silver LEED certification and features the first photo-voltaic covered carport structure in Costa Mesa.
