BFA was awarded the contract for the 56,000 s.f., two-building Administration Complex after a competition featuring 37 other firms. The project will house district's administrative offices, board room and IT Data Center for all three of the District's colleges. Move-in is slated for June 2008.

The project is seeking Silver LEED certification and will feature the first photo-voltaic covered carport structure in Costa Mesa.
