The Marketplace Beaumont is a destination retail center with 190,000 of leasable area located along the city of Beaumont's Second Street Marketplace. Tenants include: Best Buy, Ross Dress-for-Less, Staples, Petco, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bank of America, WaMu, and Starbucks.
Due to be fully open in 3rd quarter 2008, the project features an internal pedestrian walking path with landscaped patios, arcades, courtyards and other amenities along its entire length.
