Beaumont, CA		 The Marketplace Beaumont is a destination retail center with 190,000 s.f. of leasable area located along the city of Beaumont's Second Street Marketplace retail corridor. Tenant improvements (also by Bundy-Finkel Architects) include: Best Buy, Ross Dress-for-Less, Staples, and Bed Bath & Beyond. The center also includes Bank of America, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Weinerschnitzel and other national tenants. Completed in 3rd quarter 2008, the project features an internal pedestrian walking path with landscaped patios, arcades, courtyards and other amenities along its entire length.
