The campus, part of a larger overall development including 45 acres of residential property, includes two 12,000 square foot, two-story office buildings with fully developed lobbies ans cores, and four 6,000 square foot, single-story office buildings. All buildings are designed to be divisible into for-sale condominium spaces with separate utility metering and entrances.
